*TopSpec Super Conditioning Flakes are full of naturally oil-rich ingredients. These contain intracellular oil. This is oil that occurs within the cells of a plant. Feeding intracellular oil is a very palatable and digestible way of providing oil in the diet.

Feeding Instructions
Super Conditioning Flakes are designed to be fed with TopSpec Feed Balancer, TopSpec Bloodstock Balancer or an appropriate TopSpec Supplement.

Super Conditioning Flakes do not contain any added vitamins or trace elements so they can be mixed with any other horse feeds including alfalfa/grass chops, various forms of sugar beet pulp, and compound cubes/mixes.

The TopSpec approach to feeding horses is to provide very nutrient-dense concentrates. This reduces the danger of starch overflow to the hindgut and leaves the horse with a greater appetite for forage. High forage to concentrate ratios (ideally, ad-lib forage and small concentrate feeds) improve digestive efficiency and normally help horses to feel more contented and calm.
